While the property boasts several lovely pools, some of the deeper pools were not as well-maintained, and the small child's pool was often crowded. Despite these minor drawbacks, the reliable hot water in my cozy room and the pleasant honey-scented toiletries made the experience comfortable overall.

Group getaway worth it
Loved this place, especially that unique cenote, we spent hours just chillin’ by it. The staff were so friendly, always smiling and eager to help, made our trip feel special.
